Monthly classes
I offer monthly-ish yoga sessions on a Saturday morning, incorporating some light touch yoga philosophy to ground us in our practice, some asana, pranayama (breath work) and lying relaxation. Sessions are designed to enable you to ‘reset’ ready for the weekend ahead - using mindful movement and use the breath to leave you feeling replenished and clearer headed. Use the session to come back to yourself, or to reconnect - why not come with a friend and make a day or morning of it?
