Mindful physical movement with conscious breath.
Modifications make postures (asana) accessible to you.  
Lying relaxation and seated breathing exercises.

PREPERATION

Wear anything comfortable - layers are good.

Bare feet recommended.

Bring or borrow a yoga mat.

Eat in good time beforehand.

Grab your favourite blanket.  

Carry a drink.
